Disregard of goods

Very disappointed with the way they handled our goods. No respect at all! Throwing and rolling boxes around and manhandled our furniture. Apart from the fact that the shuttle was 2 hours late off loading, we had damages to the value of +/- R20 000. Due to the excellent ratings, we didn't see the need to take out the All risk Insurance. Also, assuming that any responsible movers would automatically exercise due diligence. If you do decide to use this company, make sure to take out the All risk Insurance, because they WILL damage your goods!!
