RSA Grain Storage swak werk
Ons het n damlining is gesit deur RSA Grain storage hulle het 70% van hulle faktuur as dep gevra . Ons het dit betaal . Na die instaleering het hulle nie die regte uitlaat pyp ingesit nie en ek het hulle ges***el om vir hulle te se daarvan . Hulle sou uitkom maar tot nou het hulle nie . Hulle het ons gedagvaar vir die klein verskil wat uitstaande is maar hulle werk is nie klaar nie . Ek wil die mense waarsku teen hulle swak diens

22 Nov 2023, 08:20Unfortunately, the complainant uses the truth rather sparingly as his version of events. RSA did install a reservoir for Mr Du Toit, but at the time of installation did not have the size outlet in stock that he ordered.
Therefore, a smaller outlet was installed with an undertaking to replace the outlet with the one ordered, free of charge, once it became available.
Mr Du Toit was contacted and e-mailed in excess of 20 times to attempt to arrange the new installation. (A record of all communication has been kept and is available upon request)
At one point Mr Du Toit wanted to order another reservoir and requested that the outlet be replaced simultaneously with the new reservoir.
He however waited for payment for certain crops that still needed to be harvested before he could pay the deposit for the “new” reservoir which never materialized.
Mr Du Toit ignored RSA’s numerous requests for payment for the reservoir installed and delivered and which he had utilized since September 2022 without any complaints.
RSA therefore handed the matter over to its attorneys for collection. Mr Du Toit ignored the letter of demand and only effected payment of the outstanding balance once a summons was served on him, in response to which he regrettably chose to respond by way of this medium.
RSA’s Rights remain reserved.
