RICA farce

The RICA process is a joke. I needed to do a sim swap. It says clearly on the starter pack that you do not need to RICA for that. I cannot buy a starterpack anywhere without being forced to RICA. Doing so destroys my chances to do the sim swap. Catch 22. Now I am forced to find a MTN, CellC or Vodacom shop and go there for something that I can do from home. I understand why they are so full of it. Its to keep ********* from getting their hands on untraceable sims. If you go to ANY Pakistani ****a shop you can buy pre-RICAed cards, as many as you like, for R10-00. No ID or proof of residence required. Now where is the good intentions of RICA?
