Injustice within system regarding complaints against Magistrates

Apr 2015 my wife app**** for Protection Order at Mitchell's Plain Magistrate against me. Her friend as police officer wrote her statement which have ties to Strandfontein SAPS and as Respondent she was awarded the Interim Protection even though all the information was incorrect as she **** under oath. A month after we had to attend and I was unable to explain as the Magistrate didn't give me a hearing. On 4Feb2021 I app**** for a Pretection order with almost the same information and I was denied an Interim Protection Order. I have to appear on 8Apr and as I have confirmed that the Interdict against her is only a Notice of an Interdict which I do not understand. I requested assistance from the court, but were told that she will be served by police for her to stop with her abuse. Meanwhile being a woman she is allowed to get away and as a man I felt I have been discriminated against. So my plea for help so that I do not become a statistic is all about numbers and because women are more frequently killed by their partners than men, I have been denied my Interim protection yet she was approved Apr 2015 which disallowed me in my own home. Yet she feared for her life. Which is not true. We are still in the same house how can she not fear for her life anymore. I have correspond on the President hotline and send an email to Head of Judicial Service Commission and no response whatsoever. I have emailed the Judicial Education Institute and was referred. How can this be?
