Human man handeling from our goverment

So my complaint is regarding the manners of how one is handled in quarantine. We are not dogs and have not committed a crime but you threatened you going to get locked up, even the people in jail has more freedom then us and at other institutions the people are allowed to to smoke why? We are not animals people in the wrong as we have come from a country which has a total number of 18 cases only but we are a risk to our home country.
