Government RENT LEASE *******

Looking for a new place to stay - be aware the government is making you a VITIM to the landlord. 1st :Apparently all new lease agreement you have to bond your property to the landlord. 2nd : you sign a 1 year lease which is not a lease but the landlord can give you notice for reason "he wants to use the property for himself or wants to sell it" you are on 2 month notice as you move in. So why sign a lease in the first place? but you pay Deposit here, Deposit there - this is ******* and we are not used to any thing else by this government
