Being a pensioner who depends on being able to meet the cost of living and has to count on receiving SACCA pension every month as we lost everything when we lost our farm in fires and never got compensated for our loss as the funds disappeared and no one in Government or the D.A. could help us I have to applause the decision by the Minister during this COVID-19 virus attack as well as the 21 day lock-down to make pension payouts available on the 30th and 31st of this month. Apart from that the 21 Day lock down is a good move. Not only will it help stop the spread of the COVID-19 but it will also keep the Abalone Poachers, drug mules and others cut from the same cloth at home which will give the marine life a chance to resuscitate, cut down on drug deals etc. due to the large police and army presence The ripples from the lock down have some very good results.
