Foreigners abuse

To whom it may concern.

I am hereby pleading with anyone in the department to please assist me with a case regarding my previous employers and members of dirco and CCMA.

A year ago I was unfairly retrenched at the angolian embassy after working for over 38 years with them under very abusive condition, but I however endured because of my financial circumstances and knowing I was a sole provider for a very large family.

I was working as a clean and was under the impression that upon retrenchment or pension years they will do right by me as a South African citizen which is not the case.

I filed a case with the help of ulemesa the representative union along with dirco for my employers to pay but till date nothing has happened, I am confused stressed and seeking help with the matter.

According to everything filed my employers were served by CCMA for this matter to be settled in court sometime in May, till now nothing is happening and I'm getting run arounds from my union, dirco and CCMA

I suspect this matter has bribery and ***** between CCMA representative members of dirco and union members.

I am old woman aged 53 with underlying health conditions and this matter is making me too sick, I cannot afford a lawyer to proceed and believe as a South African old women I have a right to get help from social services.

I am looking forward to get assistance as soon as possible and get clarification as to what can I do to get my case resolved
