Bussiness failure encouraged.

Our South African bussinesses are suffering huge financial losses because of the tobaco ban. We have stock but cant sell it to our customers because of the tobaco products ban. The South African governments iam it would seem is to take bussiness out of bussinesses. And stop bussinesses from making revenue. Rrvenue which creates jobs and small bussines opportunities. With the huge amount of money spent on CORONA-19 common sense teaches me that all income financially would be welcomed. But unfortunately the South African government is the only government not interested in maintaining their revenue incom. I wonder why that is? As revenue is all governments main source of income. I am starting to think that maybe their strategy is to close down bussinesses. As they said they wanted to restructure our economy. Who knows maybe they plan on having other new industry leaders
