Unprofessional, and unreasonable

<div>Received documents on the 27th of June, I responded on the 15th of July indicating that not all documents had my correct information on them. They did not respond. I completed debit orders forms and sent them to RSADM. On the 23rd of July I asked if the debit orders could be postponed by a month, they confirmed that they would be postponed. On the 1st of August they deducted R 6000 from my account. I was unhappy with this and their lack of response, I asked for the services to be terminated. On the 6th of August they confirmed that their services with me would be terminated. On the 14th of August they repaid R 3600 of the R 6000 deducted even though I did not sign or agree to a cancellation fee of this percentage. In September they debited my account again for R 6000 even after confirming that their services have been terminated. I now have to close that bank account.</div>
