Unhappy and scared citizen

I received a reply from RSA Debt Mediation as quoted Thank you. Noted. Still very confusing seeing money R100 was deducted again and still trying. Based on what agreement. When will this stop? A file a complaint with NCR i need follow up this. Thanks
