frustrated with this company

I have been working with your company for over two months, and unfortunately I seem to be dealing with a different person every time I reach out. This has become extremely frustrating, as I continually have to repeat the same information without seeing any progress toward a resolution.

I would appreciate having this matter assigned to a single, competent representative who can take ownership of the issue and see it through to completion. I am simply looking to have this resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please escalate this matter and provide me with a direct point of contact who can assist in bringing this to a conclusion.
