Deductions Not in Line with Agreement & No Breakdown Provided

I am lodging a complaint against RSA Debt Mediation regarding deductions made from my account that are not in line with the agreement I made with their consultant Antoinette.

The following amounts were deducted: • R6,000 • R500 • R1,316 I have made several attempts, both telephonically and via email, requesting a detailed breakdown and explanation for each of these amounts. However, RSA Debt Mediation has failed to provide any clarity or justification.

Their inability to explain these discrepancies is highly concerning and reflects a lack of transparency and accountability.

I am writing to formally request a full refund of the amounts that were deducted from my account . The amounts in question are as follows:

R6,000
R500
R1,316

I did not provide consent for RSA Debt Mediation to proceed with or continue any debit order mandate. At the time, I was still in the process of engaging with Vantage Debt Management, as they advised me to do so

I kindly request that the full amount be refunded to my account.
