BEWARE - RS TRAVELS IS A ****

RS Travels is a **** pretending to call on behalf of Protea Hotels. I called the bank and Protea Hotels. Protea Hotels distances themselves and Nedbank came back to me saying it was a legitimate transaction and refused to take it further even after I told them Protea had acknowledged it was a ****. I just got another call from RS Travels today. When I said "ah RS Travels" the caller put the phone down. Protea have lost me as a customer as a result of their inability to protect their clients information (the caller had all my details) and their unwillingness to take it up with the bank.
