Very expensive plumbing

I made use of this firm to fix two pipe leaks, both underground and found them extremely expensive. For a 3 hour job I was charged about R1200 per hour. The plumber was also instructed not to leave the premises before receiving a confirmation of payment which was a bit intimidating.

When I queried this (my perceived) overcharge with them they rep**** that the rates charged was "in line with our normal rates".
