DO NOT USE!

My experience wasn't good at all. I held my parents 25 Year wedding Vow renewal and I used her for the photos. On her way to the venue after taking a few photos my parents and Roeche ***ner of RS Photography) had to rush to hospital with her son. I was very understanding with the circumstances and everything. She promised me I will have my photos the Monday before COB. Then the lock down happened and I asked her a few times to send me the photos and she told me she is closed because of the lock down but on her Facebook she still added photos of shoots she had before mine. After lock down I asked her to send me the photos and I received a reply saying her Computer crashed and the IT guys are trying to retrieve the photos. That was in June then she told me sorry all the photos was lost and she will refund me some of my money. I have been waiting for more than 3 months for the refund... I am not happy with her service at all because now my parents will never have those photos of their 25th Wedding Anniversary... I will never ever use her again... Please don't make the same mistake I did. Especially when it's a very important event.
