NO FEEDBACK, NO COMMINICATION - LOOKS LIKE A ****
I am now trying every platform available to get some response Hi RS Legal & Debt Review Solutions, I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from National Credit Solutions and RS Legal. I paid R9,400 over 7 months ago, and to date it appears that nothing has been done regarding my matter. Throughout this process, I have received little to no feedback and have had to constantly follow up myself just to get updates. I have also tried contacting Alicia, who was introduced to me as the attorney handling my matter, but my messages are ignored and I receive no meaningful feedback. In addition, phone calls often go unanswered, making it extremely difficult to get any information on the progress of my case. At this point, I am becoming very concerned. After 7 months, with no visible progress, no communication, and no responses to my enquiries, this situation is starting to look like a ****. I would appreciate an urgent response explaining: What work has been completed on my matter. Why there has been such a lack of communication. What the current status of my case is. What steps will be taken to resolve this matter immediately. I expect a response as a matter of urgency. Kind regards, Lelane
