Very Bad Service From RS Financial Services.

Please DO NOT use RS Financial Services. I signed up with them earlier in 2023, March/April . They took over the payments of my creditors and they were to remove the Red Flag on my name. The promise was that as soon as we could give them a paid-up letter for one of my accounts, they would then process the Red flag removal. Which I did. I was a Vehicle which I paid off. This was supposed to take 6 weeks. It been more than 6 months and I cannot get anyone from this company to give me feedback on my Red Flag removal. I paid them in full for this. In addition, I had to cancel my mediation with them as my accounts were not being maintained as promised. I only found this out when Creditors started calling me saying that the accounts were behind, and some were not receiving payments. I delt With Nuraan Baker, Manager. SHANEESHIA, Collections. Lumaine, Account Manager. All of which have not been able to give me accurate information on this. NOBODY IS TAKING ACCOUNTABLILITY. I have asked for a refund and have not heard anything back from them yet.
