Very bad service

I should have read the reviews on Hello Peter before I decided to sign with RS Financial. Same story as the rest. Full of promises and no after service. I was promised they would help me to get cleared from Debt review within 3 months, but we are almost at 1 year! 1 year of begging to get results but the last 2 months I just get ignored. Is there something we can do about this? Because playing nice isn't working anymore. Does the company get notifications if someone writes a review here or do they just not care?
