Rs financial services I want to cancel my contract with you guys and want the December money to be paid to my crediots

I started with this company last year to try and solve my financial problem I was facing they deducted the first month for admin fees and failed to send payment distribution statements until I asked them to, the second month the debited again and still didn't send statements I then messages numerous times and days after I got a response stating that the person that's handling my account does not work there , they then finally sent the statements , I then asked to cancel the account the person that I spoke to then starting telling me different stories and not the same explanation I received when started , they then debited the third month which was last year December the 20th , and still I haven't received statements I then check the statements that the creditors sends to me and I saw that my accounts was never paid for December from the money that they deducted , I tried messaging and but got no response but they have read the messages , I the got a number of a manager that works there I asked her questions regarding my problem she just stated that it's a personal cellphone and never responded again .
