Refund and bad service

So this compnay called last year with the hope of helping me remove my name from the debt review, I agreed and the terms were explained from my side and their side. However comes pay day they debit me R1800 which was fine but they also debited R3600 which was meant for my son's school fees and was only supoosed to be taken end of March 2024.I sent them messages and WhatsApp to explain the same, a lady from the company called in December to say that I will be refunded as soon as they open on the 8th Jan 2024. I haven't received my money till to this day and when I call no answer, emails arw not responded to and WhatsApp they are just being read with no response. Now schools are are opening and I still haven't received my refund! I don't know what's going to happen and honestly think it's not worth it to go through this while I haven't even started the process. I need my refund as I think I won't continue with their services anymore, this is beyond unprofessional and to actually think they were the ones that called me... Its not worth the stress I am going through right now
