RS Financial Services is not a very reliable and customer friendly. They make promises that they can't keep. I went over to them in October for medication and debt removal from my name. They deducted three installments from my bank account and when I started to enquire about the debt removal in March 2023 they still haven't submitted the documentation to Real Legal. I kept on sending emails, call them and even visit their office from March 2023. I never response from them and they could never tell me how far my case is. On the 4 May 2023 they made an immediate payment into my account because I was sitting at their offices and I demanded that the amount be refunded immediately and that I will not leave until the amount is deposited. They did deposit an amount into my bank account, but it was R900 short. Up until today they have not yet refunded me the R900 and have called them so many times since 4 May 2023, but they just ignore your calls or have an excuse that the boss need to make the payment. They always refer everything to the "boss" but nothing happen. I visited their office on Friday 30 June 2023 again and there was nobody that could assist me. The lady that I was communicated to the whole time was not in this office, but the other office. When I informed them that I will be going to the other office the lady quickly phoned me back and said that she is not in the office but off sick at home. She keeps on giving me the run around and never call or answer my whatssapp messages or calls. When I noticed in December 2022 about all of the problems that I was having with them I cancelled my mediation as well. This company doesn't even have a real office. I hope this company will be investigated and their doors closed.
