Complain of no service

This is my second review of RS Financial Services. After my first the review the only communication I received was them asking me to take down my review. Apparently there has been communication and they are working on my case and they struggle to get my documents transfer from me Dept review company because I still owe them money, money they have never ask me for. After the phone call I got a message that said “ hi dear good news you were successfully transferred over to our dc when can we call you” my reply was at 12h00. It is now 5 weeks later and still now phone call. They like to keep you stringing along and phone you ever once a while just to keep you “happy”. I do not want to be kept happy, I want what I have paid them do to, to clear my dept review. I do not know what more do to, at this stage I just want my money back and start the process over with people I can trust.
