Bad service

They offered to help with removing debt review from my name. I paid the first payment of 1300 rand. They debited my account on the same day with R 3800 extra. I have spoken to three people regarding my refund. From 20th June until 14th July everyday I chatted to people on WhatsApp platform to ask for my refund. In the 14th I spoke to Tia to cancel my contract and to request my refund. She told me someone from finance dept would call me to log my refund. She had an attitude and called me herself to log the refund which Liam told me was logged on 26th June. Bad experience with this company and they were supposed to help me.
