Will never purchase from this place again! ?

I've ordered 2 items from RS fashion on the 24.12.2020. I received one product which was the incorrect product that I've ordered. I emailed the company to ask them to collect the incorrect product and to find out where my other item is. They rep**** to my email after weeks. I have requested a refund and that the incorrect item to collected. To date, no contact has been made. Their phone lines always go to voicemail and I have not received any refund. This is theft!
