BS Online Store!

Ordered a dress on 31 December and queried via email on 2 January when I can expect delivery. I was advised 7 to 14 working days. Time went by and I eventually forgot about my order until I saw their advert on Facebook. I sent an email on 20 April with no response. I tried calling 28 April and was on hold for more than 20minutes. Sent another email and tried calling again just to be on hold due to high call volumes for another 20 minutes. Probably everyone complaining about the order they DIDNT receive. Checked my order status in their website and it says Unfulfilled…. What does that even mean?
