Worst debt counseling services
requested so many times on phone to shabanam, Leona as she was my profile manager, I send so many emails to send me my account statement from the beginning but all efforts in vain (as Absa bank always calling 4-5 times per day saying that they have been not paid) where as I was paying timely but thanks to my NEW DC, she finally helped me to get statements from DC partner.
DC partner payments only started in January 2020 and I was charged fees on the PDA statements.
BUT
I made a payment of R7000 in November AND December 2019 to FNB bank account that I now know does not belong to the PDA! My new DC told me it is ******* for you to request I make a payment for debt review to any other account other than the PDA.
This bank account number does NOT belong to DC Partner- my new DC has the call on record to confirm this, and that the payments via PDA only started in January 2020
Because the payments to creditors started so late, the creditors ruined my life, grabbed my money etc. DEBTFORCE were not supposed to ask me to open a new saving account at the same bank as I owe them the money. They had access to grab my money because I advised to open an absa savings account as opposed to any account at a bank where I did not have any debts.
The creditors would never accept a proposal where they could only get money after 60 business days had lapsed. (60 business days would be that creditors were supposed to get paid by 16th of January)
This would have happened, but then the PDA took money for DC fees AGAIN!
November 2019= R7000 (paid to fnb account ***)
December 2019= R7000 (paid to fnb account ***) but my transaction does not reflect anywhere.
January 2020= PDA deducted= R7985 paid AGAIN for Restructure fees- DOUBLE PAID RESTRUCTURE FEES!
February 2020= PDA deducted R7500 for legal fees
March 2020= PDA deducted R500 for legal fees. (the rest went to creditors)
First time any creditors received a single cent from debt review payments made: (collected 16 March via debit order- paid over to creditors 8th of April.) 110 BUSINESS days after application. (we stopped counting business days at 26 March as lockdown then happened.
Excluding aftercare fees I paid. Just the Restructure, legal and FNB payments made total the sum of: R22985 = R22985 to be refunded as you stole from me and ruined my life.
I also need to get refund money which Absa bank took from my saving account 10000+5455.00 because of your mistake.
You have to pay me back all these money within seven (7) working days to my new Capitec Bank saving account number as I sent you via email.
