worried

yesterday they called me and sent me papers to sing and send back, but after reading all the reviews I'm scared already, not even a single person with a positive review. I sent and email yesterday to say I'm cancelling and today I called and they said I'm going through to my consultant and I waited and waited with no response. I have read there are certain procedures to follow if you cancel even though you didn't sign papers. yes I agreed but I'm able to pay my debt in time and all the stress that comes with being in debt review is not worth it for me since I'm managing. I regret having agreed, and pray if it goes through can they at least prove me wrong.
