Violation of customers Rughts/wish

I joined their program on Feb 2023, to this day I haven't received any documents or statements from them, they have my email and number yet still haven't had anything from them.My credit report has dropped drastically I'm falling behind on the accounts they promised to help me with, I have no proof of statements to any of the accounts their helping me with. I called on Monday to ask to be removed from their program as unhappy client they refused,I spoke with a lady by the name of Beralize who's dealing with my accounts, I asked poilitly to either remove me from the program and take me off debt review as I am not even indebted that much to be continuing with their program. Can I please be helped to be removed from this program before my name goes into mud.
