Very dissapointed they refuse to cancel my application

After signing the papers send it back,I went to the internet ,reading the comments or the review people complaining about this company and there was no positive review that made me to cancel my application but the rude secretary just tell me I can't cancel they already sent the documents .I try to call the lady who was helping me Anthena..she even tell me the same thing shouting and screaming at me she even drop the call while I was talking,but I recorded everything,so please somebody help me what action must I take before the start eating my money from my bank..I being sending emails everyday but no response from them..I want to cancel I don't want to work with rude people but running to chao our money
