*****! Be careful of this company!
<p>This company says they are placing you under debt review. After 3 months of payments you discover they take your money and do no legal work, have no debt review order and just pay creditors any small amounts and pockets the rest of the money. So be careful before you loose your money and valuables. *****s...making money by lying and *****ing from people. No shame..</p>
This is very defamatory claim to have made against our company we are fully compliant with the debt counselling process as per the NCR and NCA. I have discussed this matter with you on numerous occassions and you are fully aware that we do not handle clients fund we use a
- Payment Distrubution Agent that has a license with the NCR to distrubute funds
- the fact that you have missed numerous payments
- the fact that you had to be on 6 payments not 3
- the fact that you failed to make the outstanding payments even though we requested you to do so on numerous occassions
- You neglect to state that all funds that was due to you has been refunded
