Rude beyond words
<p>I have been working in a call centre myself and today I bow my head in shame for the people working at RS Debt Force. I returned a missed call and the "admin" lady that answered the phone told me that I was rude and just put the phone down while I was still talking...... I know exactly how the business they are in works....... I wonder how many clients you have? With employees that rude? And a database with numbers you can't explain how you got them? Please....... don't take me for a fool.</p>
My Apologies for the encounter you have recieved from our offices this definitely not the norm and we train our staff to alway be friendly and courteous to our clients and potential clients, we have had a problem with staff and had to get untrained staff to man our phones for a few days and this must have transpired during that period.
