RS Debt Force ... Nonsense

This company has failed, with a promise to help they dont deliver and are very rude especially Robyn who is the secretary and Leonna who was my portfolio manager, she stated them attempting to get a hold of me. I asked for proof and none was sent. I asked that they send an email with all details and none was sent. I am up to date with my creditors yet they suspended my account due to non payment... I'm confused. I was also told the cancellation department could not get back to me due to personal reasons. A whole department... due to personal reasons and management was just not available .
