RS debt force is a bad decision to go to

RS debts force. hooked me in this profile saying they will reduced my installment into half example my personal loan, credit card and clothing account was R4000 pm and they promised to reduced to half so R2000. yes they deduct that R2000 pm. but I have been trying to cancel the account after i read all about it here at hellopeter people are complaining but they never reply back, I tried to call to cancel but my call was transferred to one person to another my issue was not resolve even now, they are not replying, now my account are at -R14000.00 where will I get that money. please RS debt force remove me from debt review and refund my money. clear my name from all financial providers. The problem is the Agent didnt tell me whats to be in debt review means.
