Ripping us our Money and unwilling to pay leading to him swearing at me

After so many attempt to get our refund back, yesterday we contacted the manager in charges who was rude swearing at me rather that keeping their promises of a refund. They keep sending us sms that money will be available on our account in 3 working days from last week. This people are ripping is off and I am taking not going to tolerate been disrespected by some white boy coz he thinks his the right to do so.....
