Rescue me from RS Dept Rescue
I have been approach by RS Dept Rescue for a quote only , not to mention, February 2018 I have discover that suddenly I'm a member and have to pay a substantial amount per month , this was never agreed, on numerous occasions I have contacted RS Dept Rescue to have my name removed from their data base and the companies they have approach on my behalf as this is a poor reflection at my financial institutions ,
Good Day Sir, please note that this client is very confused we had negotiated his debt payments down by nearly 50% which is a huge saving. The consumer complaining about substantial amounts is highly unsubstantiated. We cancelled our services with this client after receiving relevant documentation which, in our initial conversations with this consumer he was very happy with the reduction in payments. We however have a company policy to cancel our services ASAP as long as we have the relevant document ion in accordance with our Company Rules and Regulations
