refusing to cancel my inquiry
on the 2nd of march 2016 i inquired about my debts and i thought i needed help and i spoke to zoleka,she was the lady who assisted me.we spoke and we ended up by her saying i must send her a fax number so that she can send me the documents to sign and the following day i did not since i found a solution to my problem concerning my debt am finishing all off them this month and i did not know so on tuesday 8th of march 2015 at 11;24 am i called zoleka to cancel since i have not signed any documents but instead she refused to cancel and bul**** me by saying there's nothing i can say to her that will make her cancel but as far as i know its my right to cancel what ever i feel i don't need but zoleka was rude and refused to cancel while i didn't even sign any documents i was kind enough to inform her that i will no longer apply for RS debt force
There are certain guidelines that needs to be followed, we never refuse to cancel debt review applications. sometimes we are unable to do so as the creditors have been informed that a client has app**** and been accepted under the debt review process and will not unflag unless cretain procedures are followed.
