Pathetic Company - Lazy Staff

I would like to say that since my last review I have been debited twice from this firm for work that they did not do even after me asking them to cancel all work on their side. I have changed over to a new firm, I have also received confirmation of the change over, and they are so much more professional. I have already received statements to show that my accounts are being paid. RS Debt Force are *****, **********, inconsiderate and unreliable people. Their staff have no etiquette when dealing with people. I called and called their consultant asking for my statement and to date have not received a call or an email. I have reversed both debit orders and will continue to do so because this company cannot be trusted. I would advise all consumers struggling with debt to never ever even consider dealing with this firm.

As for Lameese from their PR department who called me to speak about my previous review, your people s****s and phone mannerism sucks!!! There is no other word to describe your poor mannerism when dealing with complaints against your firm. Instead you make the clients more irate than they already are.
