Incorrect payments to creditors leading to legal action

This is the second time I am adding a review following awful, awful service. Surely, RS Debt Force is the worst debt counselling service out there.

In short, the monthly amount owed to one of my creditors according to the court order is not the amount that I was given by RS Debt Force, and there was a shortfall. The debt review has been terminated by the creditor, and now I'm being threatened with legal action.

I've asked repeatedly for a copy of the court order to verify what payments are due to each of my creditors. Besides this request being ignored, I am getting no updates from them on the status on this matter. It's claimed they will have the review reinstated, but this issue has been ongoing since April!

Like before, I would strongly advise anyone from considering RS Debt Force as a solution. They will lead you into a world of pain.
