***********. NEGLIGENT. A JOKE.

This is now the third review I am submitting, after RS Debt Force have proven their uselessness once again.

The debit order taken for the month of January had mysteriously rolled back to a previous, larger amount at a time I had more creditors. I immediately noticed this and contacted RS Debt Force.

Understanding that these things may happen from time-to-time, I advised them, and they confirmed there had been a mistake, so I kindly requested a refund of the excess amount. Then I am told, in order to do this, I have to provide 3 months' stamped bank statements. As if I weren't inconvenienced enough by the fact that they got the debit order wrong, they expect me to take time out of my day to visit a branch and obtain statements at an additional banking cost to me, and above all, expect me to provide private information.

After I refused this, and insisted that it was their fault, they failed to get back to me with any viable alternative. Having fought so many battles with this company previously, I conceded and provided bank statements yesterday. The lady I dealt with, Lauren, was not in yesterday and I was told by the receptionist someone will contact me. This never happened.

This morning, I find that the full amount that had been debited has been distributed to my creditors. It is now too late for a refund. Surely, an effort could have been made to ensure the excess was kept aside, but such thorough service is not part of RS Debt Force's culture.

In addition to this discovery, I have found that they have marked one of my accounts as paid up, where it in fact is not. I had noted a few months ago that they had the outstanding balances wrong, and advised them to rectify soonest possible. Eulin, who I spoke to at the time, acquired the correct balances directly from the providers and said (in writing) that they will update the balances on their side. Didn't happen. I now risk this account's review being terminated. This will be the fourth time something to this effect has happened.

So, a lot has happened. Will RS Debt Force put their client first and do everything possible to rectify these mistakes? In my experience, most certainly not. Having over-indebted myself is one of my unfortunate mistakes, but placing my trust in this company was a far worse mistake.

For anyone reading this, looking for debt relief: DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Repeat: DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Repeat: DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Repeat: DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Repeat: DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
