Horrible business

Terrible business practice. I have phone multiple times to say I do not require their service and would like to cancel the whole process, either no one will pick up the phone or they will leave you on the line till it dies. I refuses to sign any documents, as they cannot assist on the phone for cancelation I will simply not sign and complete what they want. If my account is touched I will persue legal action this treatment of people or possible future customers is unacceptable.
