Dissapointed in a service that seemed promising at the time of contact
<p>I have app**** for debt review with RS Debt Force. All went well, but now I am recieving letters from Credit Providers that I am behind on my accounts and that payments have to be done immidiately. Some also claim that they have not received any communication that I have app**** for debt review and that the application was successfull. A month ago when we just started I requested a month extention due to unforseen financial expenses, my request was approved but I had to make sure to pay a certain amount to them to be able to pay our vehicle. As the vehicle have to be pay on time monthly, to my surprise I recieved a letter to make payment immidiately!!! The company are not providing solid proof of communication to the service providers or agreements. No payments, only payments for their accounts. Be very carefull before inlisting with any debt review company.</p>

The response for this client is very surprising to me as we have explained that the creditors still do this to clients under debt review to threaten them to pay more monies in their accounts. Be that as it may the above consumer's debt review has been accepted and we have sent the paperwork that verifies this, we have received acceptances on our proposals from the consumers creditors which has also be communicated. Furthermore due to our negotiations with a certain creditor we successfully negotiated the removal of an Emolument Attachment Order and the creditor is willing receive payments via the debt review system. It is very disappointing to hear such unfounded accusations being laid against our company, our staff have and will always do their utmost to make the debt review process as painless as possible and always act in a most professional manner possible and are always in constant communication with our clients and endeavour to resolve any queries ASAP.
