Disgusted

I fell on hard times with being unemployed for almost a year. With this being said,my accounts were in arrears. I managed to start working however my salary was way lower than what I used to earn and I could not pay some of my installments. I app**** to this above company to assist me, this would mean I would have to go under debt review. I signed all the paper work, however I noticed from the beginning that their consultants were sloppy in their work. They called me twice to clarify the date I would get my December salary and I advised that it would be paid on the last day as my firm does not close for the holidays. They confirmed these dates however my debit order did not go off. I tried called the initial consultant-no answer. Tried their offices-non existent number. Only upon searching about them online did I see issues and red flags. I then sent an email and received another call from another consultant who assured me he would help me. To date I have not been assisted, I have emailed and emailed with not response. I have since switched to a reputable company and now I hear that I may have to pay fees to this company who has done nothing to help me. I find this highly unacceptable.
