Debt Review removal

RS Debt force promised to lower my instalments for my loans and didnt keep their promise, my monthly instalments was R1200 in total and they said they would reduce it to R750 per month all i needed to do was to pay their admin fee R950 for two months and start with R750 on the 3rd month, when the 3rd month came they still deducted R950 and also on the 4th month. when i called them to stick to our agreement they said i didnt qualify for R750( which is something they didnt mention when i signed up) so that is why they continued with R950. but still i would get calls from my creditors saying they didnt receive any money from rs debt force which forced me to reverse rs debt force instalments to pay my creditors, when i asked them to take my name off their blacklist they said i needed to settle all my accounts for them to remove my name. now its been close to 3years i cant get any credit or work anywhere because my name still appears as a bad payer. now that i am paying my creditors on monthly basis and dont miss any payments ( for two years now, even settled two of my accounts) i still cant get any credit or work, everywhere i go they tell me about my name being on rs debt force.
