Complete waist of time

I approached Rs Debt Force for debt review seeing that my debt that i had was drowning me. They sent me all the documents and everything was great. this was all in 2016. Today i get a letter from Absa stating that the personal loan (the one Rs Debt Force should be paying is R53000.00 in-arrears. And my Credit card is not being payed. I dont see why i should pay Rs Debt Force any more if they dont hold up their end of the contract. They dont even want to send me statements that i ask for to show that they are paying Absa. If i Dont get answers very soon i am taking this matter up with my lawer.
