BAD BAD Decision
They called me and asked to put me under deb review I agreed over the phone They then said they will send me forms to sign in order to ask my debtors to put me on debt review But I DID NOT SIGN THE PAPERS and asked to cancel but they already put me under debt review without me signing the forms and spoke to my debtors without me giving permission at the end of the month they took money from my account a lady called saying she does not understand y they took the money but will get back to me now I cant apply for any debt or anything because they do not want to cancel and when you call them they will say they will call u back and never do they are a bunch of ******** they dont want to cancel and force to put u under debt review even when you want to cancel I hate this company ruined everything
Good Day Sir, this a total untruth we have cancelled this client, the consumer refused to send us formal notification of cancellation which we requested on numerous occasions. It is our policy to cancel the client's file immediately once consumer gives us relevant documents and by the consumer's own admission he agreed to go under debt review. if you have any further queries please contact our offices on ***
