Worst service ever , dishonesty personified

They deducted twice for an online purchase and will not reverse the one, telling me that they cant release it because its pending with the bank. now they tell me as the merchant they cant reverse the funds , I must go to the bank and do it myself, they admit to causing the error but will not fix it. Shocking service
