NEVER buy from RS Components South Africa

I purchased an item from RS South Africa on 26 July. The item was not as described and I returned it. On 10 July they finally issued a refund. It is now 30 July and still no funds have reflected in my account. When I've called there has been endless excuses and they say the delay or issues have been from accounts but nothing has come from it. NEVER EVER buy from them!
