Massive negative turnaround in service!

Just stay away! Service that used to be excellent has just gone to the dogs. Don't know if they have a new manager or what. I ordered an item that showed in stock, for next day delivery. Paid a huge sum for this as well. It was supposed to be delivered on 25 September as confirmed on the order. It never got here. The order was only processed today after I started complaining. Now they tell me I have to wait 4 months while they row this item across the sea from the UK. They refuse to cancel it even before they processed it! Absolutely disgusting! Order ***
