Unprofessional service, poor workmanship

R & S Car Radio is a very unprofessional company that clearly does not comply with official standards. They have cost us a lot of money, besides the R3000 which we paid them we also had to drive there and back with two vehicles 12 times and our vehicle has not been operational costing our business money. Their service and the work that they do are of very poor quality. We are in possession of pictures of the poor quality of work that they deliver. They do not perform any quality assurance on the work that they do. They do not use proper tools and equipment when working. R & S Car Radio is a company that is contracted by Outsurance, Tracker and Matrix. What guarantee does the public have that they have installed their tracking systems correctly. When a vehicle is not retrieved after being ******, there is a strong possibility that the system was not even working properly if it was installed by R & S Car Radio. Being in business for many years does not mean that standards can be compromised and that you have the right to treat a customer unfairly. An investigation should be carried out with this company to check if their employees are qualified to do what they are doing.
